The Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 apply to all goods and services bought or sold through direct selling and to all direct selling entities and direct sellers covered by those Rules.
- The Company operates in India and shall comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Legal Metrology Act, 2009, the GST laws, and all other applicable laws in force from time to time.
- If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. Definitions
- "Direct Selling" means sale of goods or services through a network of direct sellers on a principal-to-principal basis, as permitted under applicable Indian law.
- "Direct Seller" means a person authorized by the Company through a legally enforceable written contract to undertake direct selling business on a principal-to-principal basis.
- "Direct Selling Entity" means the principal entity that sells or offers to sell goods or services through direct sellers and does not include any entity engaged in a pyramid scheme or money circulation scheme.
- "Pyramid Scheme" and "Money Circulation Scheme" shall have the meanings assigned under applicable Indian law, and no conduct prohibited by such law shall be allowed under these Terms.
- "Products" includes physical goods sold by the Company. "Services" includes digital, subscription-based, consulting, membership, support, or other services offered by the Company.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, onboarding, KYC, order placement, and payment processes and to keep such information updated.
- The Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met or where information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Company Declarations
- The Company declares that it is incorporated in India and maintains a physical registered office in India.
- The Company declares that it does not operate or promote any pyramid scheme or money circulation scheme and shall not permit any conduct that amounts to such scheme in the garb of direct selling. The Rules specifically prohibit direct selling entities and direct sellers from inducing consumers by representing that they can recover purchase price merely by referring others.

5. Direct Selling Model
- Direct sellers are authorized only under a written contract with the Company, and the terms of that contract shall be fair, reasonable, and lawful.
- Direct sellers shall identify themselves truthfully, disclose the Company name, and avoid any statement, representation, or practice that misleads a prospect or customer.
- No direct seller may demand entry fees, subscription fees, or payment for enrollment to participate in the business, except lawful purchase of saleable products or services subject to the Company's policies and applicable law.
- Earnings, commissions, rewards, or incentives, if any, shall be based on lawful sales of products or services and not merely on recruitment or enrollment of persons.
6. Website Disclosures
- The website shall display, in a clear and accessible manner; the registered name of the Company; registered address, branch addresses where applicable, current contact details, grievance redressal details, and nodal officer details. The direct selling framework expects accessible disclosures about the entity and complaint redressal mechanisms.
- The website shall also provide information on product and service descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping or delivery charges, payment methods, refund and return policy, warranty or guarantee terms, complaint ticket tracking, and other information needed for informed consumer decisions.

10. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading activity.

- Each direct seller must comply with the Company's policies, this Terms document, all approved marketing materials, and all applicable laws.
- Direct sellers shall not make false, misleading, or unverifiable claims, shall not use unauthorized literature, and shall not force or pressure any person to purchase products, services, or membership.
- Direct sellers shall maintain appropriate records, act professionally, and respect consumer choice, privacy, and complaint rights.
- Direct sellers shall not represent that purchasing products or services will allow a consumer to recover the purchase price through referral activity unless such statement is lawful, documented, and expressly approved by the Company in writing.
12. Compliance and Monitoring
- The Company shall monitor direct seller conduct and may take disciplinary action, including suspension, delisting, withholding of commissions subject to law, or termination, where a breach is found. The Company may require execution of supplementary policies, conduct guidelines, undertakings, or compliance declarations from direct sellers and members.
- The Company shall not be responsible for acts of direct sellers that are outside the scope of authorized business, violate law, or contradict approved materials and instructions.
13. Grievance Redressal
- The Company shall maintain a grievance redressal mechanism and display the name, designation, email address, and contact number of the grievance officer on the website.
- Complaints may be raised through the website, email, phone, post, or in person, and the Company shall acknowledge complaints within forty-eight working hours and normally resolve them within one month, subject to complexity and lawful exceptions.
- This aligns with the grievance handling expectation described for direct selling entities. If resolution is delayed, the complainant shall be informed in writing of the reasons and the action taken or proposed.
